My approach is to help to understand your concerns, challenges you are
experiencing as well as improving your life balance. I provide a place where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and actions so you can develop a better awareness of yourself and others.

 

My way of working is with mutual respect, honesty and based on many years of
experience providing counselling in private practice as well as working for differenthealth care organisations. I work hybrid meaning in person as well as online if
required via zoom and/or telephone.
